KRP stories

People who work on the water describe why they chose KRP.

Peyo Camiade

Peyo Camiade

Sea rescuer and carpenter, France

Peyo has two passions: jet skiing at sea and woodworking. Both, he says, are about mastering a raw element with humility.

When he runs safety for a surf contest or an ocean rowing race, competitors’ lives depend on him and his equipment. His jet ski must be available at all times, but the sea is full of ropes, plastic bags and fishing nets that can block the turbine and stop the engine.

That is why the KAKO Cutter is part of his rescue kit: if anything blocks the turbine, he knows he can clear it within five minutes and continue the mission.

Maxime Barre

Maxime Barre

Seaman, France

The sea has been Maxime’s world since childhood, and now his profession aboard giant ships, where he makes sure everything works perfectly.

He applies the same thinking to his ULTRA LX 160 and leaves nothing to chance. He chose the KRP Manifold because it is reliable, robust and durable: in the marine world, stainless steel means safety.

He also values that the KRP team listens to his comments and needs.

Anthony Granger

Anthony Granger

Kawasaki dealer, Guadeloupe, Caribbean

Anthony’s customers put hundreds of hours on their jet ski fleets, and not always gently. Essential parts such as the fuel pump wear out early, and his job is to keep those machines available, because their business depends on it.

He fits the KRP fuel pump for two reasons: reliability, and ease of installation. The job takes around thirty minutes.

The pump performs well enough that he also fits it to customers’ race machines.
